My family trade is construction. My grandfather on my dad’s side was a road contractor. My grandfather on my mom’s side was a paint contractor. My dad and both of my uncles on my dad’s side are general contractors. (I do have one uncle on my mom’s side who is a preacher, though.)
I serve as general counsel for a regional contracting firm with a focus on churches, nursing homes, and other large projects. I have represented numerous real estate developers and investors, neighborhood associations, and contractors in a variety of cases. This includes representing clients in active litigation as well as contract and dispute negotiation, arbitration, mediation, and strategic planning.
